How to Survivify: Having "The Talk" with Your Kids

Probably the most embarrassing conversation ever for all concerned, but also probably one of the most important kid-parent conversations that needs to take place. Just know that as much as you dread having this little chat, your kids will be better off hearing your own bumbling version of things than learning about the birds and the bees from their friends or the Internet. But, hey, no pressure.

Look on the bright side:

  • Your kids are as embarrassed as you are...actually, more.

Tips from the trenches:

  • It's best to make this an ongoing dialogue, not a one-time conversation. Let the humiliation continue!
